    What is Red-B-Gone?

    Red-B-Gone solves the most difficult rust deposit and rust stain problems. This quick-acting miracle powder cleans almost anything from clothing, glassware, iron-fouled water softeners to virtually any kind of surface without using hazardous acids. Learning how to remove rust stains with Red-B-Gone is easy.

    How do I Use Red-B-Gone, and What is the Recommended Dosage?

    Red-B-Gone can be used in many general applications to remove rust stains, including: dishes, glassware, sinks, tubs, dishwasher, water softeners, and white clothes.

    How to remove rust stains from white clothes: Fill the washing machine with water then add 1/2 cup of Red-B-Gone. Soak garment in a presoak cycle, run wash cycle as usual. NOTE: This product should be used on white clothes only, and except for colorfast clothes, please test an area before using on color clothes. This product will strip out color out of non-colorfast fabric.

    How to remove rust stains from a water softener: Add 1/4 cup for every 40 lbs of salt added to your brine tank, and layer to ensure a continuous dose with each regeneration.

    How to remove rust stains from a dishwasher: Add 1/2 cup to your empty dishwasher and run through a normal wash cycle. Make sure the dishwasher is empty and do not add detergent at the same time.
