Returns for refund of the original purchase price can be requested within 30 of the invoice date. Refunds do not include shipping and handling.
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer care team at orders@proproducts.com All returns must be in original packaging and require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
